They offer a highly collaborative and friendly working environment.</p><h3>The Role</h3><ul><li>Manage and develop key customer accounts</li><li>Drive sales, margin and category performance</li><li>Identify and deliver growth opportunities</li><li>Lead customer reviews, negotiations and category planning</li><li>Work closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders</li></ul><h3>The Person</h3><ul><li>Account Management experience within FMCG, food, retail or fresh produce</li><li>Strong commercial and analytical skills</li><li>Excellent relationship-building and negotiation ability</li></ul></div>
