Senior Insolvency Solicitor – Leading City Firm – London
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a seasoned Insolvency Solicitor to join a highly respected and well-established firm in the heart of the City. Renowned for its expertise in the insolvency sector, this firm offers a dynamic and supportive environment for ambitious Lawyers looking to take the next step in their career.
The Role:
You’ll manage a diverse caseload of non-contentious insolvency matters, advising insolvency practitioners, directors and companies. The role offers significant autonomy and the chance to lead on complex matters, while also mentoring junior team members.
Key responsibilities include:
* Handling a broad range of non-contentious insolvency matters
* Advising stakeholders including IPs, directors and corporates
* Supervising and supporting Junior Lawyers, Trainees and Paralegals
* Contributing to marketing and business development initiatives
About You:
You will be:
* A qualified Solicitor with 6+ years’ PQE in insolvency law
* Technically strong with a solid understanding of insolvency legislation
* Academically accomplished with excellent drafting and advisory skills
* A confident communicator with leadership potential
* Commercially minded and proactive in client development
