Associate Director – Building Surveying

Turner Property Recruitment is seeking a talented and experienced Associate Director – Building Surveying on behalf of our client. This is an incredible opportunity for a driven professional to lead and grow a Building Surveying team, manage a diverse project portfolio across multiple sectors, and contribute to the strategic development of an established and ambitious consultancy.
The Role:
As an Associate Director – Building Surveying, you will:
* Lead and develop a Building Surveying team in your location, ensuring high-quality service delivery to clients.
* Take an active role in business planning and strategy implementation.
* Collaborate with Regional Directors to drive business growth across all service lines.
* Manage business development activities, including leading bids and ensuring they are executed to the highest standards.
* Develop and maintain quality procedures, processes, and templates for Building Surveying projects across regions.
* Foster strong client relationships and promote sustainability within all aspects of the service offering.
Key Requirements:
* Full RICS membership (MRICS/FRICS).
* A balanced portfolio of experience in both professional and project-based Building Surveying services.
* Proven ability to manage client relationships and provide exceptional service.
* Strong financial management skills, including invoicing, debtor collection, and cost control.
* A passion for sustainability and innovation in the built environment.
