Responsibilities
* Assist residents with daily living activities, including eating and drinking.
* Follow care plans and provide one‑to‑one support with residents.
* Offer companionship and emotional support to residents.
* Help with medication and health monitoring as required.
* Report changes in residents' condition to senior staff.
