Interim Finance Manager Location: Greenford, West London (Hybrid - 2 days office / 3 days WFH) Rate: £200-£225 per day (via umbrella) Contract: Interim Overview We are recruiting for an experienced Finance Manager to join a business on an interim basis. This role will focus on financial reporting, planning, and systems, supporting UK and EU entities while working closely with shared service teams. Key Responsibilities Financial Accounting & Reporting Manage monthly P&L and Balance Sheet reporting, including UK entity consolidation Lead month-end close activities (accruals, prepayments, journals) Prepare and submit financials, forecasts, and budgets Produce latest estimates for P&L and working capital Support audits, projects, and ad hoc finance tasks Performance & Planning Deliver monthly P&L reporting Support forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning cycles Systems & Data Maintain reporting system mappings and data integrity Manage SAP S/4HANA processes including master data and approvals Audit & Compliance Support external and internal audits Assist with statutory accounts and disclosures Shared Services Partner with offshore teams across RTR, AP, and AR Drive process improvements and efficiency initiatives Skills & Experience Part or fully qualified accountant (ACCA, ICAEW or equivalent) Experience in a fast-paced environment SAP S/4HANA (or similar ERP) experience Strong Excel and analytical skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management Proactive, adaptable, and detail-oriented Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
