About the Role
We're looking for a
Content Producer
to manage and grow a high-profile personal and company brands across music, film, and creative entrepreneurship. This role is ideal for someone who can think like a producer, storyteller, and digital strategist all in one—treating the brand as if it were a media company.
You'll be responsible for
end-to-end content strategy and execution
, from shaping ideas and producing media to managing distribution, analytics, and collaborations. The founder's involvement will be light-touch: you'll lead the process, with their input for content capture and final approvals.
Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain a content calendar across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms for different brands
* Capture content (video, photography, BTS, podcast episodes) during monthly in-person sessions.
* Script and draft posts, essays, and captions in the company's voice.
* Manage freelancers (editors, designers, copywriters) to polish and scale content output.
* Schedule, publish, and monitor content performance across platforms.
* Manage online communities, encouraging authentic engagement.
* Funnel community members into newsletters and mailing lists.
* Track analytics and prepare monthly performance reports.
* Identify PR opportunities, guest appearances, and collaborations (podcasts, panels, media features).
* Proactively pitch content ideas and creative campaigns.
What You'll Bring
* Proven experience in content production, social media strategy, or creative direction.
* Strong copywriting/ghostwriting ability—able to capture another person's/brand's "voice."
* Video and photo production skills (comfortable filming and editing short-form content).
* Understanding of digital growth, analytics, and platform trends.
* Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable running projects end-to-end.
* A passion for music, film, and creative culture is a big plus.
