Data, MI and Controls Specialist

Konexo Financial Services is building its bench of strong Data, MI and Controls specialists to support multiple upcoming motor finance redress, complaints and regulatory conduct programmes. We’re looking for analytical professionals who can bring structure, accuracy and insight to fast-moving regulatory projects.
What you’ll be doing:
• Producing accurate MI to support programme reporting, controls and decision-making
• Building and maintaining trackers, dashboards and performance metrics
• Analysing operational and case-handling data to identify trends, risks and quality issues
• Supporting governance packs, RAID logs and senior stakeholder updates
• Conducting control checks to ensure data accuracy across case files and workflow systems
• Working closely with operational leads, QCs and SMEs to support delivery assurance
• Providing insight to improve processes, workflow efficiency and quality standards
What we’re looking for:
• Experience in MI, data analysis or operational controls (financial services preferred)
• Strong Excel skills and confidence with data manipulation and reporting
• Ability to interpret data, identify trends and present findings clearly
• High attention to detail and a structured working approach
• Exposure to complaints, redress, motor finance or regulatory conduct is beneficial
• Comfortable working independently in a remote project environment
Project details:
• Multiple projects mobilising
• Mostly fully remote roles
• All roles will be on a daily rate contract basis, lengths varied (depending on individual project)
