About the Role A contemporary, quality-driven restaurant specialising in French and Mediterranean cuisine is seeking a talented Senior Chef de Partie to join its dynamic kitchen team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled chef to take the next step in a refined yet fast-paced environment, working with high-quality seasonal ingredients and modern techniques. You will play a key role in delivering consistently high standards while supporting the wider brigade in maintaining a smooth and professional service.
The role is suited to a confident Chef de Partie ready to step up, or an established Senior Chef de Partie looking to further develop within a creative and ambitious kitchen.
Key Responsibilities Take responsibility for a key section within the kitchen, ensuring smooth service
Deliver consistently high-quality dishes with strong attention to detail and presentation
Support junior chefs and contribute to a positive, professional kitchen culture
Work closely with Sous and Head Chefs to maintain standards and efficiency
Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimising waste
Maintain high levels of food hygiene and health & safety compliance
Contribute to menu development and daily specials where required
Ensure consistency and precision across all services
Ideal Candidate Profile Current or recent experience as a Chef de Partie or Senior Chef de Partie in a quality-led kitchen
Strong background in French, Mediterranean, or modern European cuisine
Experience in high-end or busy contemporary restaurant environments preferred
Excellent technical ability with a focus on consistency and detail
Confident running a section in a fast-paced service
Positive attitude with strong teamwork and communication skills
Passion for seasonal ingredients and refined cooking
Calm, organised, and reliable under pressure
