Due to recent new client acquisitions and increasing business from existing clients, we are seeking a Delivery Consultant with experience in pro-actively searching, sourcing and shortlisting candidates.
You will need to be confident building strong relationships and be able to engage with candidates to present new career opportunities to them. Whilst this is not a traditional sales based role, you will need to be an excellent communicator and have an engaging personality to engage with new candidates.

The Role:
* Use all forms of business and social engagement and networking platforms to source candidates.
* Pro-actively engage and build talent networks and talent pools
* Cross-sell Albion Rye services
* Remain up-to-date with market news and events
* Maintain a high level of candidate sourcing and engagement activity
* Provide support across the sales floor
The Ideal Candidate:
* Proven Delivery Consultant or Junior/Trainee looking to progress
* Confident communicator
* Willingness to support all members of the sales floor in order to aid success
* Motivated to progress
* Has the drive to learn and adopt leadership mentality
