Job Description
As Mid-Level Real Estate Transactions Associate, varied responsibilities include:
1. Advising clients on real estate transactions: acquisitions, dispositions, leases, joint ventures, developments and financing.
2. Draft and negotiate complex real estate contracts and agreements.
3. Conduct thorough due diligence and manage risk assessment for real estate matters.
4. Collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver tailored client solutions.
5. Contribute to team development by mentoring Junior Associates and sharing expertise.
