Title: Ministry Assistant
Hours: Part Time - 7 hours per week (ideally split across two days (Tuesday and Thursday), but can be flexible)
Reporting to: Ministry Representative (UK)
Salary: £13p/h
Location: Amersham, Buckinghamshire
Overview
The Ministry Assistant is responsible for processing all donations and purchases in a timely manner and assisting the FOI UK Field Representative in the distribution and receiving of ministry materials.
Key Objectives
1. Help accomplish FOI’s mission.
2. Keep accurate donor records.
3. Provide timely processing of donations and purchases.
Position Qualifications
* Previous ministry, office, or customer service experience preferred.
* Data entry experience 1 - 5 years.
* Excellent organisational and verbal communication skills.
* Competent computer operating skills.
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite preferred.
* Ability to learn internal web-based systems quickly.
* Capable and pleasant in handling inquiries from others.
* Able to accomplish tasks assigned with minimal supervision.
* Adaptable to changing technology.
* Dedicated Christian who demonstrates an understanding and support of FOI’s mission, philosophy, ministry, beliefs, and policies. This is a Genuine Occupational Requirement.
