Role Overview Provide high-quality classroom support across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 under the direction of class teachers. Work 1:1 and in small groups, delivering targeted interventions, especially for pupils with SEND. Help to implement EHCPs, monitor and track pupil progress, and maintain clear, effective communication with staff and families Assist in preparing engaging lessons and promote a positive, inclusive classroom environment. Qualifications & Experience Level 2 or Level 3 TA qualification (e.g., CACHE Diploma or equivalent). Experience working in a primary school, ideally supporting SEND pupils. Demonstrable skills in behaviour management, differentiation, and parent/staff liaison. Excellent communication, patience, adaptability, and teamwork. What We Offer Competitive day rates.
