Your new company I am currently working with a professional service-based client, based in Blackburn, who are looking to recruit a Finance Assistant within their finance team. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a supportive and fast-paced environment where your contributions will play a key role in the smooth operation of financial and administrative functions. Your responsibilities will include maintaining accurate accounting records, assisting with payroll processes, and managing data within the SAGE 200 system.
You will also be involved in preparing financial information for the Financial Controller, handling invoice systems, and liaising with franchisees to resolve queries.
Additionally, you will help maintain client records, respond to telephone queries, and support the preparation of reports and management information.
Proficiency with Microsoft Packages is essential; A flexible and enthusiastic approach with a can-do attitude.
Full-time permanent opportunity, Monday-Friday 09:00:17:00.
