JUNIOR SOMMELIER and CHEF DE RANG

Our 5 AA Red Star award winning Hotel has established itself as one of the leading luxury hotels and restaurants in Wales set in the stunning Pembrokeshire countryside overlooking the Preseli Hills. The fernery restaurant holds 4 AA Rosettes and is under the leadership of the hugely talented Executive Chef Douglas Balish, likewise the team also over see the casual dining option 'Artisan Rooms' offering a more relaxed dining option to guests while still showing care and attention as to where ingredients are sourced.
The Head Sommelier, Cathryn and F&B Manager Andreas, are now looking for a passionate and dedicated Junior Sommelier & Chef de Rang to join the team.
What we offer:
· Package up to £30,000 including Gratuities and Pension.
· Gratuities are shared through a Tronc system and currently amounts to 3.5k per annum.
· 4 day working week.
