Sales Executive

Up to £36,000 basic | OTE £50,000
A well-established, privately owned housebuilder with an excellent reputation for quality and customer experience is seeking a Sales Executive to join a new development in Reydon, Suffolk.
This is a site-based, customer-facing role where you will take full ownership of the buyer journey - from initial enquiry through to completion and handover. You'll be responsible for achieving sales targets while delivering a seamless and professional experience to purchasers.
The Role
* Managing the full sales process from enquiry to completion
* Securing reservations, exchanges, and completions in line with targets
* Qualifying and progressing leads, delivering an exceptional customer journey
* Handling all sales administration including reservations, contracts, and AML compliance
* Working closely with recommended brokers and solicitors to ensure smooth transactions
* Maintaining accurate records via CRM systems
* Conducting home demonstrations and key handovers
* Liaising with site and construction teams to ensure timely delivery of homes
* Supporting site launches and marketing events
About You
* Proven experience within new homes or property sales
* Strong understanding of the sales progression and conveyancing process
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Organised, target-driven, and confident working independently on site
* Comfortable using CRM systems and managing sales data
* Committed to delivering a high standard of customer satisfaction
