Specification Area Sales Manager | High-end Bathroom Manufacturer | UK Housebuilder Projects

Area: North West

The Role of Specification Sales Manager

This is a specification-led sales role focused on driving product specification within the residential housebuilding sector, with a strong emphasis on regional developers and KBB bathroom installation contractors.

The position involves early-stage engagement to secure product specification, followed by managing opportunities through housebuilders, KBB contractors, and plumbing & heating merchant supply channels through to site installation.

Responsibilities

* Securing specifications with regional housebuilders and residential developers
* This is a specification-led sales role within residential construction:
* Success is driven by early influence at specification stage and strong relationship management through to installation and completion across housebuilders, bathroom contractors and merchant partners.
* Working closely with bathroom contractors to ensure product suitability and installation alignment
* Developing strong relationships with merchants to support supply and availability
* Managing a structured pipeline of residential development projects across the region
* Driving early-stage influence at design and specification level to secure inclusion on approved schedules
* Managing live residential projects through to order conversion and site delivery

The business has a strong reputation within the housebuilding sector, working closely with regional developers, contractors, housebuilders and merchant partners to deliver consistent product supply across large-scale residential schemes.

Due to continued growth, the organisation is strengthening its specification team to further develop relationships within the regional housebuilder market and expand project coverage across key UK territories.

This is a strong opportunity to join a commercially focused manufacturer within the KBB sector, offering ownership of a defined territory and direct influence across residential specification pipelines.

The Candidate

* Field Sales experience within in the KBB market
* It is essential that you have sold into Developers and Merchants

The Package

* £55,000 – £60,000 basic salary
* £17,000 uncapped OTE
* Electric or hybrid company car
* 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
