About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a Wellbeing Centre Manager for our service in Manchester. This is a full time role working 37.5 hours per week.
Priory Wellbeing Centre Manchester offers fast access to exceptional outpatient care for a wide range of mental health conditions. We provide counselling and treatment for depression, anxiety and stress, a dedicated young people's service, private autism assessments for adults and children, and an autism psychological support pathway for adults diagnosed with autism.
Key Responsibilities
* Responsible for the day-to-day operational running of the centre.
* Provide line management to all staff at the site.
* Contribute to the business development of the Wellbeing Centre.
* Exercise leadership in a style consistent with the company's values to promote consistency of service delivery.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
We are seeking an experienced leader with a strong background in driving change and innovation within healthcare services. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering high-quality care and bring proven leadership and decision-making skills to the role. Experience in business development, forward-thinking, proactive and creative management with the capacity to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively. Previous experience working at a senior managerial level for two years, with both industry and operational responsibilities, is essential. A successful track record of operating within a matrix organisation and handling complex issues in a fast-paced dynamic environment. Crucially, experience in the private healthcare sector is a requirement.
