Role x You:
We are looking for a creative team to play a key role in delivering disruptive, award-winning culture-driven creative ideas.
As a copywriter working with your art director, you will bring strong concepting and storytelling skills to the table. You will be part of a team that seeks a different environment than traditional agency worlds. In the short term…
You will tackle briefs with smart, creative thinking, take risks, but always align with strategic and cultural points of view. Craft copy as needed, build rapport within the team, and understand the nuances of our brands. Be proactive in identifying ways brands can shake things up with simple ideas.
After 6 months…
You will understand client expectations, take initiative on smaller projects, contribute to ideation, and adapt to changing needs. Continue to seek exciting cultural moments for brands and collaborate to deliver award-winning work.
Responsibilities:
* Ideate, develop, and implement culturally relevant creative concepts across all media channels and explore new opportunities.
* Create creative concepts and 360° campaigns in collaboration with Creative Leads, ensuring high-quality, on-brief, impactful storytelling.
* Stay current on cultural, societal trends, and digital platforms.
* Create headlines, short and long copy, claims, campaign manifestos, film treatments, and scripts.
* Help build presentation structures and narratives.
* Ensure content is innovative, on-brand, and aligns with VIRTUE’s values.
* Be self-motivated, own pitches and projects from start to finish.
* Collaborate with Strategy, Project Management, Client Services, and Production teams throughout projects.
* Manage multiple projects independently, often under tight deadlines.
You have these qualities:
* Smart, bold, creative thinking with a “culture-nerd” mentality.
* Desire to create successful, culturally relevant, award-winning work.
* At least 3-4 years’ experience as a Creative/Copywriter in an agency or start-up.
* Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.
* Flawless spelling, punctuation, and grammar.
* Passion, positivity, and drive.
* Appreciation for diverse, borderless collaboration worldwide.
* Forward-thinking and socially conscious perspective.
* Ability to work independently or in a team.
* Experience managing multiple projects with tight deadlines.
* Deep knowledge of tech, digital media, social media, and content.
* Proficiency in Google Suite, including Google Slides and Keynote.
* Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of styles and relevant experience.
Additional bonus if you have these:
* Additional language skills are a plus for a global agency.
