Mycustomerisseekingahighlycapable SoftwareEngineeringManager toleadandinspiresoftwaredevelopmentandtestteams.Thisrolewilloverseethedevelopmentoftheirproductsuite,includingbespokesoftwarecustomisationsandenhancements,ensuringhigh-qualitydeliverythatmeetsbothinternalandexternalstakeholderexpectations.
Theidealcandidatewillhavestrongleadership,projectmanagement,andtechnicalskills,withabackgroundinagilemethodologiesanddeliveringsecure,enterprise-gradesoftwaresolutions.
Responsibilities:-
Leadandmanagesoftwaredevelopmentandtestteamsforassignedproductsandprojects.
EnsureadherencetotheSoftwareDevelopmentLifeCycle(SDLC)and company businessprocesses.
ServeasScrumMastertodrivesprints,managereleases,andremovetechnicalblockers.
Provideweeklyprogressupdates,resourceplans,andriskmitigationstrategies.
CollaboratewithProductManagement,Engineering,ProfessionalServices,andPre-Salestoaligndevelopmentefforts.
Maintainhighperformancestandardsthroughcoaching,mentoring,andstructuredperformancereviews.
Actasanescalationpointandbeaccountablefordelivery,quality,andperformance.
Contributetocontinuousimprovementinteamprocesses,tooling,andpractices.
Supportcareerdevelopmentandsuccessionplanningforteammembers.
Experiencerequired
DegreeinSoftwareEngineeringorrelateddiscipline.
Minimumof5+yearsinasoftwareleadershipormanagementrole.
Provenexperienceleadingsoftwareteamsof20+developers/testers.
Strongsoftwareengineeringbackgroundwithanunderstandingofmoderncodingstandards,patterns,andtools.
Demonstratedsuccessdeliveringcomplexsoftwareprojectsontimeandwithinbudget.
Hands-onexperiencewithAgile/Scrum,sprintplanning,backloggrooming,andreleasemanagement.
Proficiencyinriskmanagement,resourceallocation,andstakeholdercommunication.
Knowledgeofsecuresoftwaredevelopmentpracticesessentialwithanyexperienceofthecybersecurityindustrydesirable.
UnderstandingofISO9001/ISO27001qualitystandards.
