Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Heating Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and be proficient in various technical skills necessary for the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating systems. This role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Gas safe qualification required
Heat pump installations throughout Scotland
Vast range of work in a small team.
Duties
* Install, maintain, and repair heating systems in residential and commercial properties.
* Boiler Servicing.
* Boiler installations.
* Oil boiler experience preferred.
* Conduct routine inspections and diagnostics to identify issues with heating equipment.
* Employ hand tools and power tools effectively for various tasks including assembly and installation.
* Perform plumbing tasks related to heating systems, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
* Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and any issues encountered during service calls.
* Adhere to all health and safety guidelines while working on-site.
Experience
* Proven experience as a Heating Engineer or in a similar role is preferred.
* Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot heating systems effectively.
* Familiarity with basic maths for measurements and calculations related to installations.
* Experience in commercial driving is advantageous for transporting equipment between job sites.

Pay: £15.00-£19.50 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 – 50 per week
