Overview
Lead Marketing – managing six Brands - is responsible for driving revenue growth, brand visibility, and market expansion across the business. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, overseeing all aspects of sales performance, marketing strategy, and customer engagement. You will lead a high-performing team to deliver integrated campaigns, strengthen client relationships, and identify new opportunities for growth. With a deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning, you will shape the commercial direction of the business while ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
Key responsibilities
Brand & Strategy
• Define and maintain a clear brand identity for W Group and each sub-brand
• Align messaging, visual identity, and tone across all channels.
• Support new acquisitions and rebrands
• Provide estimating & Commercial Support to maximise opportunities.
Content & Campaigns
• Manage and deliver newsletters (bi-annual external, quarterly internal)
• Produce investor decks, bid documents, and client presentations
• Drive PR, case studies, and project photography
• Manage digital presence: website, SEO, LinkedIn, Instagram
Business & Development Support
• Support SLT with bids, pitches, and client proposals
• Produce collateral that highlights expertise and differentiators
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project leads to package case studies
Events & Internal Communications
•Organise client-facing events, exhibitions, and staff culture initiatives.
• Manage internal comms to ensure alignment with group vision/values.
Sales & Targets
• Increase qualified inbound enquiries by agreed % within 12 months
• Deliver all newsletters and investor decks on time
• Grow LinkedIn engagement and followers by X%
• Positive internal feedback on brand clarity and comms
Required Skills & Experience
•
Degree or equivalent in marketing/communications
• 5+ years experience in marketing (construction, property, or design ideal)
• Strong writing and design skills with competency and knowledge across several design packages
• Excellent project management, and multi-brand coordination and advantage
• Entrepreneurial, resilient, able to work directly with CEO and SLT
