About your team Our team supports the business to ensure the effective management and development of the talent in our organisation. This involves having oversight of all aspects of human capital management, which includes several areas of expertise working collaboratively - Resourcing, talent management, learning and development (L&D), compensation and benefits, employee relations and HR business partnering, as well as change management. About your role The Talent Systems Transformation Lead is an interim, project focussed role responsible for driving end-to-end delivery of our Talent technology transformation initiatives, with equal weighting across project management, talent systems expertise, and being the Accountable Executive for project related activities. T he Talent systems review project encompasses the need to implement a recruitment-focused CRM and potential platform change of our Learning Management System (LMS), and Skills & Talent Marketplace platform, helping to form an improved ecosystem that supports talent acquisition, development and mobility. A major component of this role is to lead on the integration of these Talent systems—including requirements gathering, vendor evaluation, commercial negotiation, and contract award—followed by oversight of implementation and transition into BAU. As the Accountable Executive, the role holder provides strategic leadership, governance oversight and direction to ensure outcomes are achieved, benefits are measured, risks are managed, and programme value is fully realised. This role will be accountable for the delivery mechanics (data, integration, testing & BAU), hands on systems and vendor challenge, ownership of data governa nce and risk as well as ongoing market scanning and roadmap input. About you Proven experience leading large-scale Talent system transformation projects Expertise across one or more of the following domains: Talent CRM, Learning Management Systems, Skills platforms, Talent Marketplace technologies, or broader HRIS/Talent ecosystems. Strong project management skills; certifications such as Prince2, PMP or Agile are advantageous. Experience acting as an Accountable Executive, Programme Lead, or similar senior delivery role. Strong capability in cross-system integration, data governance, and end-to-end Talent process design. Excellent stakeholder engagement, proven ability to secure alignment on transformation priorities and build consensus with strong influencing skills at senior levels.
