What You’ll Do Architect and Design: Define scalable, secure, and resilient OpenShift architectures — from cluster topology to networking and storage. Migrate and Modernize: Lead seamless migrations of enterprise workloads to OpenShift with minimal downtime. Integrate and Automate: Connect OpenShift with VMware (vSphere, NSX), Pure Storage, and CI/CD toolchains to deliver a cohesive DevOps ecosystem. Secure the Platform: Enforce RBAC, network policies, and compliance standards across environments. Lead and Enable: Guide engineering and operations teams on best practices, optimization, and platform evolution. Continuously Improve: Enhance platform reliability, performance, and automation through continuous iteration. What You’ll Bring Deep OpenShift & Kubernetes expertise – architecture, deployment, and scaling in complex environments. Containerization mastery – strong hands-on with Docker and container lifecycle management. VMware know-how – vSphere, vCenter, and NSX integration experience. Networking & Storage fluency – ingress, load balancing, DNS, persistent volumes, and dynamic provisioning. Automation & DevOps mindset – proficiency in Ansible, Terraform, Python, or Bash with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, ArgoCD). Multi-cloud exposure – AWS, Azure, or other IaaS platforms. Solid Linux foundations – expert-level administration and troubleshooting.
