Our market-leading client is seeking an experienced supervisor to join their friendly and committed team as a Senior Residential Conveyancer. You should have at least 3 years of conveyancing experience and be capable of handling a sale from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities as Senior Residential Conveyancer:
* Manage leasehold, freehold, new build properties, remortgages, and lease extension work
Key Requirements:
* Supervisor experience
* Minimum 3 years’ conveyancing experience
* Ability to handle a sale from start to finish
* Enjoys a challenging, fast-paced professional environment
* Friendly and team-oriented
* Excellent communication skills
