Job Description:
This is a permanent position offering 39 hours per week. The role is based in our Castle Lane store.
Our Leaders aim to develop our people and grow our business. As a Department Manager, you will oversee a department to support the sales and profit of the store, and work with your team to deliver a Customer First Experience.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading with a vision to ensure the best experience for colleagues and customers
* Evaluating team performance, providing feedback, and supporting development and training
* Analyzing and following up on Sales & Profit KPIs for your department
* Ensuring Health & Safety, legal, and security standards are met in accordance with H&M and local laws to ensure safety for all
Qualifications:
* Management experience in a customer-facing environment
* Experience leading and managing teams
* A passion for profitability and people
* A customer-first mindset
