We are looking for a Commercial Sales Manager to join our North American Commercial Team to drive our revenue growth. You’ll play a key role in expanding our network of airports and partners, bringing AeroCloud’s innovative solutions to market and scaling our presence in North America.
In 2025 we created new relationships with airports in a number of states including California, Texas, Oklahoma, and Tennessee; and we stamped our passports at major industry events in Toronto and Madrid. Next stop London in 2026!
Job Requirements
About you
We are seeking a Commercial Sales Manager to join our team. As the Commercial Sales Manager (U.S.), you will collaborate closely with the global commercial team and the marketing function to drive customer acquisition within the North American market. Your role is crucial to expanding our footprint and supporting our growth in this region.
Ownership and Impact
* Manage end-to-end Sales Cycle including prospecting, qualification, deal strategy, and cross-functional execution.
* Own a defined list of target accounts, managing the process from discovery through to purchase order completion.
* Cultivate relationships within the industry, attending key events and conferences both domestically and internationally.
* Collaborate closely with the RFP/Bids and Proposals team to ensure seamless support.
* Work with the Customer Success team to manage upsell and cross-sell opportunities, contributing to ARR growth.
* Maintain detailed sales plans and provide accurate weekly forecasting via CRM.
* Meet quarterly and annual sales targets.
* Stay informed about developments in the aviation, aerospace, and airport industries.
The duties and responsibilities of the role may vary and change depending on the AeroCloud business needs.
Job Responsibilities
* An experienced SaaS professional with a proven track record of 3+ years as an individual contributor or sales leader, with experience using the MEDDIC framework.
* Experience working with State and Federal Agencies is a plus.
* Strong active listening skills with the ability to ask insightful questions and uncover business value.
* Familiarity with HubSpot CRM is a plus.
* Experience with Purchasing Cooperatives including Carahsoft, SHI, CDW and more is a plus.
* Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
* Proven success in managing complex sales cycles with multiple buyer personas.
* Ability to implement land-and-expand strategies and act as a trusted advisor in a platform environment.
