You will be responsible for delivering a wide range of maintenance tasks across residential and commercial property portfolios. This role supports the effective and profitable operation of their estate through the timely and efficient execution of both planned and reactive maintenance work.
Key Responsibilities
* Undertake both planned and reactive maintenance across a range of trade areas, including plumbing, joinery, painting, and general building repairs.
* Diagnose faults, troubleshoot issues, and carry out appropriate repairs while maintaining high standards of workmanship.
* Work independently and collaboratively, prioritising tasks and adapting to varying workloads to meet operational needs.
* Ensure all work is completed in line with health and safety regulations, contributing to a safe environment for colleagues, residents, and visitors.
* Deliver excellent customer service at all times, maintaining a professional and helpful approach during all interactions.
* Assist in creating a safe, well-maintained, and welcoming environment across all company premises.

Essential Criteria
* Relevant trade qualifications in one or more of the following areas: plumbing, joinery, or general building maintenance.
* Proven experience in a similar maintenance role, demonstrating multi-trade capabilities.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
* Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
* Full, valid UK driving licence (required for travel between sites).
Desirable Criteria
* Additional trade skills or qualifications (e.g., electrical awareness, tiling, plastering).
* Experience working in a property management or housing association environment.
* Knowledge of compliance requirements within residential and commercial property sectors.
* CSCS card.
