Records & Archive AssistantGSK Stevenage | Up to £26,000 per annumFull Training Provided | Join a Small, Supportive Team | Work at a World-Class Research FacilitySodexo is looking for a Records & Archive Assistant to join our Records Management & Archiving team based at GSK's prestigious Stevenage research site.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organised, detail-oriented and confident using IT systems to build a career within records management, compliance and administration. No previous pharmaceutical or archiving experience is required – full training will be provided.Working as part of a small, close-knit and diverse team, you'll play an important role in supporting GSK's world-leading Research & Development activities by ensuring critical records and archived materials are managed accurately, securely and in line with regulatory requirements.The pharmaceutical industry is constantly evolving, and so is this role. You'll receive ongoing training and development to keep your knowledge and skills up to date, giving you the opportunity to learn, grow and develop within a highly regulated and innovative environment.What You'll Be DoingAs a Records & Archive Assistant, you'll support the day-to-day operation of the archive service, ensuring records and materials are accurately processed, stored, maintained and retrieved in line with strict quality and compliance standards.Key responsibilities include:Processing and categorising incoming archive materialsCarrying out accurate data entry across multiple software systems and databasesPerforming quality checks to ensure information is complete, accurate and compliantManaging physical and electronic records in accordance with established proceduresSupporting document scanning and digital record creationRetrieving archived materials and responding to customer requestsMaintaining accurate audit trails and archive tracking recordsConducting routine archive facility and equipment checksWorking closely with internal stakeholders and third-party contractorsSupporting compliance with regulatory and quality standards within a pharmaceutical environmentWhat We're Looking ForThis role would suit someone with experience in administration, document control, records management, data processing or another detail-focused environment.Most importantly, we're looking for someone who is:Highly organised with excellent attention to detailIT literate and confident learning and using multiple software systemsComfortable working with large volumes of information and dataAble to maintain accuracy whilst working at paceAdaptable and open to change in a dynamic working environmentA strong team player who enjoys collaborating with othersProactive, dependable and eager to learnCustomer-focused with strong communication skillsCommitted to delivering high standards of quality and complianceYou'll also have:GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent)Previous administration or records-based experience would be advantageous but is not essentialWhy Join Sodexo?Salary up to £26,000 per annumFull training providedWork at GSK's world-renowned Stevenage research facilityJoin a friendly, supportive and collaborative teamOngoing training and development opportunitiesExposure to a highly regulated and innovative industryOpportunities to build a long-term career with SodexoIf you're looking for a role where attention to detail, teamwork and adaptability are valued, and where you'll have the opportunity to learn new skills in a unique environment, we'd love to hear from you.Apply today and become part of the team supporting the future of healthcare innovation.
