Permanent HR Advisor Opportunity

A large, privately owned UK business operating across multiple sectors is looking to appoint an experienced HR Advisor due to continued growth.
As the HR Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting the HR & L&D function, working closely with the Head of HR. This role will provide advice, guidance, and support on HR policies and procedures, as well as managing employee relations cases. You'll also be responsible for ensuring HR processes run smoothly, building effective relationships across the business, and helping to maintain a people-focused, compliant, and supportive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide HR administration support across all people processes, including onboarding, induction, probation reviews, performance, L&D, and benefits.
2. Draft and manage new starter documentation including offer letters and contracts, ensuring compliance and accurate payroll data.
3. Maintain personnel records, update payroll changes, and prepare employee correspondence.
4. Manage HR systems and people data for accurate tracking and reporting.
5. Support with disciplinary, grievance, and absence meetings, including note-taking.
