Key Responsibilities
* Support ad setup and analyse performance (CAC, MER, CVR, CPMs)
* Assist with creative testing and iteration across channels
* Support content planning and posting across TikTok and Instagram
* Manage content calendar and execution
* Identify trends and high-performing formats across organic and paid
* Analyse content performance and engagement
* Collaborate with paid media to scale strong organic content
* Assist with email and SMS campaigns
* Support influencer outreach, briefing, and content coordination
* Contribute to wider marketing projects and initiatives
Key Requirements
* 2-3 years’ experience in D2C, ecommerce, or performance marketing
* High energy, proactive mindset with strong interest in D2C growth
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Analytical mindset with confidence working with data
* Good understanding of social platforms and trends
