We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our team. Duties
* Provide high-quality care and education for children aged 0-5 years in accordance with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
* Develop and implement engaging learning activities that promote children's physical, emotional, social, and intellectual development.
* Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues through effective communication and teamwork.
* Maintain a safe and clean nursery environment while adhering to health and safety regulations.
* Observe and assess children's progress, keeping accurate records to inform planning and support individual learning needs.
* Collaborate with management to ensure the nursery meets regulatory requirements and maintains high standards of practice.
* Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
* Relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Education or Childcare (e.g., Level 3 Diploma or equivalent).
* Previous experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting is essential.
* Strong management and leadership skills to guide junior staff members effectively.
* Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to engage with children, parents, and colleagues.
* A genuine passion for childcare with an understanding of child development principles.
