What's in it for you?
This is an opportunity to step into a key role within the business, taking ownership of the finance function and working closely with the Managing Director and leadership team.
You will produce the monthly management accounts, provide meaningful financial insight and help shape decisions across the company.
You will also manage a small, experienced finance team, while being supported by a part-time Finance Director who eventually plans to hand over the reigns - to the right candidate.

Systems & Reporting
If you enjoy the technical side of finance, this role will give you plenty to get stuck into.
The business uses Sage alongside a CIS costing system, with reporting heavily supported by Excel and spreadsheet-based analysis.
You will be someone who:
Is extremely confident using Excel
Is comfortable working across finance systems and data
Enjoys improving reporting and processesCandidates may come from practice or industry, but must be comfortable working in a hands-on SME environment.
Key Responsibilities
Producing monthly management accounts and financial reporting
* Managing and supporting a small experienced finance team
