The LEGO.com eCommerce Team is a vital part of the overall LEGO organization. It contributes to delivering commercial goals and creates a memorable brand experience.
Our vision is to drive profitable sales growth for LEGO.com through seamless execution and relentless optimization of the end‑to‑end online shopper experience for fans, parents, and gift givers.
Core Responsibilities
* Maximise the commercial performance of LEGO.com across the CEEMEA region (Poland, Czech Republic, Greece, Hungary, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia) using a data‑driven approach to spot trends and opportunities.
* Work with Regional Merchandising teams to optimise the product portfolio and stock positions to drive weekly sales results.
* Explore global vs local trends and recommend how to leverage localised content and experiences.
* Optimise internal search experience on a global, language and country level.
* Develop deep expertise on our eCommerce tools and support documentation efforts to improve overall team capabilities.
* Partner with the Personalisation team to identify A/B testing opportunities for short‑medium term rollout.
* Work with Product teams to define requirements to support on‑site optimisation and local shopper needs (e.g. payment options).
* Develop and implement commercial action plans by region/country.
* Coordinate with Marketing teams to assess effectiveness of promotions, optimise campaigns and identify local opportunities.
* Coordinate with Distribution and Consumer Services teams to track and improve Shopper NPS and eCommerce profitability.
Qualifications
* Experience working with on‑site optimisation tools including analytics, testing, content management and internal search.
* Demonstrated ability in merchandising and sales with consumer products.
* Proven record of delivering eCommerce sales uplift.
* Passion for developing a deep understanding of shopper needs throughout the online journey and how this differs by language and country.
* Ability to define requirements to drive technical changes via “AGILE Ways of Working”.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to and engaging stakeholders at all levels.
* An enthusiastic, positive approach and determination to overcome obstacles; results orientation with a focus on quality, efficiency, and operational excellence.
* Open, collaborative communication style, with experience working across cultures and time zones to build connected, sustainable relationships.
* Language capabilities Polish and/or Czech would be ideal but not required.
* Valid passport and ability to travel internationally up to 20%.
