Location: London (2 - 3 days a month in the office).
Salary: £90,000 – £95,000 depending on experience.

A leading technology company is looking for a Hands-off Engineering Manager to support the success and development of two highly collaborative engineering teams. We need someone who has 2-3 years experience minimum working as a 100% people-focused engineering manager.

// Leading effective hiring and onboarding for your teams.
// Supporting hybrid working practices and fostering psychological safety.
// Collaborating with peers across Product, Delivery, and Engineering to drive improvement.

// Championing a values-driven and transparent work culture.
We’re looking for someone who:

// Is skilled in coaching, feedback, and performance management.
// Has an ability to scale technical teams.
// Enjoys helping others grow and develop their careers.
// Can quickly grasp technical contexts and advocate for team needs.
