Our award winning corporate team are looking for a legal technologist. The role of the legal technologist will be to help deliver innovative value-add legal solutions.
About the role
It’s an exciting time for legal technology and Cripps is embracing the power of what legal tech can bring to the sector. Our corporate team is looking for a legal technologist (to be based from our Tunbridge Wells office), to work with technology in delivering innovative value-add legal solutions to clients and employees including supporting the implementation and maintenance of existing solutions. The position would see you provide technical expertise in the creation of new solutions, design and implement solutions using document case management and portal technologies, identify opportunities for system enhancements/software upgrades (allowing the firm to provide innovative solutions), regular horizon scanning to note market trends and developments in the legal, automation and AI industries, and establish/deliver training sessions to facilitate the transfer of technical knowledge to colleagues.
About you
The role would suit solutions focused individual with an undergraduate law/computer sciences degree/equivalent education or experience, an inquisitive mind, a fascination with technology and a passion for problem-solving and streamlining processes through technology.
The legal technologist position also requires you to communicate complex processes in a straight forward manner and would suit someone who has a can-do attitude and the confidence to communicate with a wide variety of stakeholders and enjoy the challenges that change brings about. Experience using Contract Express and High Q would be of particular interest.
