Job Title: Architect
Location: East London
Salary & Package: £50k - £60k + Additional benefits package
Experience: 3-5 Years - Post qualification
Exciting opportunity for an Architect to join a leading Residential Developer and work on some award winning schemes across London dealing with internal layouts, space planning and optimisation. The architect will be site based with travel to the 4 schemes the individual will be working across.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with project teams to develop external/interior design concepts that meet client objectives, project requirements, and budget constraints.
* Utilize 3D modelling software and other visualization tools to create realistic renderings and visualizations of interior spaces, layouts, and concepts.
* Conduct space planning and massing studies to optimize spatial arrangements and circulation flow within buildings.
* Develop detailed interior layouts, floor plans, and elevations, ensuring compliance with building codes, regulations, and accessibility standards.
* Work closely with clients, contractors, and consultants to communicate design intent and ensure successful project implementation.
* Stay current on industry trends, materials, and technologies to inform design decisions and enhance project outcomes.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural design, with a focus on interior layouts and visualization.
* Strong conceptual design skills and the ability to translate ideas into compelling visual representations.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey design concepts to clients and project stakeholders.
* Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards related to interior design and architecture.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
