Change Manager – Contract
Contract: Long-term (9+ Months)
Clearance: Must hold valid SC or NATO-level security clearance
Languages: English required; French/Dutch beneficial
Overview We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to support a Nato programme. The role focuses on driving business readiness, communication, and adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-level change and communication plans
Support stakeholder engagement and readiness activities
Assess impacts and coordinate change interventions
Manage communications, training coordination, and adoption support
Track progress, risks, and issues related to change
Assist with transition into BAUSkills & Experience
Strong background in organisational change or transformation
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Previous experience working with Nato or Nato environments
Ability to work across multiple teams in a complex environment
