Project Manager
The Bahamas (with travel to Family Islands)
I am looking for a Chartered Civil Engineer for a Project Manager role for a main contractor in the Caribbean, to work on an exciting infrastructure development programme.

Gaining experience across the full project lifecycle in a unique island environment, with exposure to international procurement, specialist contractors, and government clients throughout the wider Caribbean region.
I am looking for someone who has:
A minimum of 3-7 years' post-graduate experience in civil engineering construction, with demonstrable experience on roads, airports, or marine/port projects.
Proven experience managing projects from inception to completion, including programming, cost management, and client reporting.
Experience preparing estimates and/or tender submissions for civil engineering projects.
Strong understanding of NEC or FIDIC contract forms.
Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in Civil Engineering from a recognised university.
Chartered Engineer status (CEng) with the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE) or actively working towards Chartership.
Full, clean driving licence.Desirable experience:
Experience of working in the Caribbean, Small Island Developing States (SIDS), or other logistically complex environments.
Experience in airport pavement design, airside construction safety, or port/marine civil works.
Familiarity with international development bank procurement processes (IDB, World Bank, CDB).
Track record in business development, client relationship management, or tender writing. This role offers:
