What You Bring A strong, proven track record in agency recruitment within engineering, manufacturing, operations or supply chain. Similar leadership experience, developing consultants, improving performance and building teams. The ability to balance billing with strategic leadership. Commercial sharpness, emotional intelligence and a collaborative, modern leadership style. Ambition to grow into a larger regional or multi-site leadership role.
