Property Compliance Manager (Portfolio)

Salary Up to £55,000
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established property investment and asset management group that owns and oversees 100,000+ residential leasehold properties across the UK.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Property & Compliance Manager to join their Asset Protection Team, ensuring full statutory compliance across a residential portfolio managed by external agents.
As the Property Compliance Manager you will take ownership of fire, health & safety, and building safety compliance, ensuring all statutory obligations are met and properly documented across the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee fire, health & building safety compliance
Manage statutory testing and audit programmes
Review RAMS, insurance, and contractor performance
Conduct site audits and ensure legislative compliance
Support Building Safety Act requirements (golden thread, reporting, resident engagement)
Monitor compliance data, KPIs, and risk reporting
Support CAPEX planning and asset performance reviews
Drive continuous improvement in safety and compliance processes
Skills & Knowledge
Essential:
5+ years' experience in facilities, property or compliance management
Strong knowledge of residential compliance legislation (H&S, Fire Safety, Building Safety Act, Landlord & Tenant)
Experience managing residential portfolios
Full UK driving licence
