Business Development Executive – West Midlands (Hybrid)
Salary: £30k–£35k + OTE £40k–£45k | Quarterly Incentive | Great Benefits
We are seeking a proactive, results-oriented professional with a passion for B2B sales and customer relationship management.
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for generating new employer leads, identifying skills gaps, and converting prospects into long-term partners. You will be the first point of contact for potential business clients, understanding their challenges and demonstrating how Crosby’s training solutions can drive positive outcomes for both the business and its employees.
You’ll work as part of a dynamic commercial team, collaborating closely with colleagues to ensure new clients are onboarded successfully and sustainably.
What You’ll Do:
* Identify and engage new employer accounts
* Conduct discovery calls to understand training needs
* Convert opportunities into apprenticeship starts and training sales
* Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure smooth handovers
* Attend networking events such as Chamber of Commerce and Ambassador networks

Who We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in B2B sales or business development
* Strong consultative skills and relationship-building
* Confident using LinkedIn and CRM systems for outreach
