Location: London (Hybrid – 2 days onsite/Remote options available). Salary: Flexible, dependent on experience. Hunter Bond is a global recruitment firm specialising in the finance, technology & change sectors in Europe, North America & Asia. We are seeking a seasoned and successful 360 Recruiter to join our London team.
We are partnered with and have well-established relationships with the globes top 1% of firms, including Quant/Hedge Funds, Investment Banks, software development firms, prop/systematic/diversified trading firms, and award-winning startups.
Responsibilities
* Provide end-to-end (360) recruitment, shaping and attracting top passive clients and talent.
* Demonstrate a proven track record in business development and account management.
* Utilise strong networking abilities to build information that can be converted into commercial opportunities.
* Deliver a service based on integrity and high professional standards.
* Opportunity to build out your own desk and/or team under the Hunter Bond brand.
Qualifications
* FinTech or similar vertical industry experience is ideal but not mandatory.
* Proven ability in end-to-end recruitment and delivering client-focused outcomes.
* Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
