• Supporting cash flow management and liquidity planning to ensure the business operates from a position of strength
• Preparation of high-quality monthly management information, including variance analysis and insightful commentary
• Supporting the budgeting and forecasting process, working closely with Group Function Leaders
• Developing and maintaining cost centre reporting to drive financial discipline and identify efficiency opportunities
• Building strong relationships across the business to support cost control and informed decision-making
• Ensuring accurate and timely month-end accounting and group-level reporting
• Supporting reporting requirements for investors and lenders, including covenant reporting and scenario analysis
• Maintaining robust balance sheet reconciliations and supporting audit processes
• Ensuring strong internal controls and compliance with accounting policies and best practice
• Providing ad hoc financial analysis and support to senior leadership as required
Who we’re looking for:
You will be a professionally qualified accountant with strong management accounting experience, ideally gained within a complex or project-based environment.
The ability to translate financial data into clear, actionable insight is key.
You will be highly organised, detail-oriented and motivated, with a proactive approach and a genuine interest in improving processes and adding value.
What’s on offer:
This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing, globally active organisation at a pivotal stage in its journey.
You will gain exposure to a wide range of business activities, work closely with an experienced leadership team, and play a meaningful role in supporting both operational performance and strategic growth.
The role offers strong long-term development potential within a business that is investing in its future and operating at the forefront of its sector.
