Hey! We’re Kukoon, and we're on the hunt for a Social Strategy Manager - a creatively-minded, commercially-driven social expert who’s ready to transform how we show up online.

We want someone who can take the reins, shape a high-performing social ecosystem, and turn scrolls into engagement (and engagement into love for our brand). You’ll own the full social funnel - from wild ideas to smart execution to data-driven reporting, and you’ll have the freedom to experiment, push boundaries, and make Kukoon stand out for all the right reasons.


What you'll be doing:


Building the strategy:

You’ll design and deliver a bold, data-led social plan across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and whatever platform steals the spotlight next. You’ll own the social calendar, making sure content not only looks great but hits our commercial goals too.


Creating the magic:

You’ll lead our content direction from start to finish: managing a small but mighty team to produce high-quality, scroll-stopping content. You’ll understand what resonates with our audience, tailor our voice for each platform, and bring creative ideas to life with our wider team.


Growing the community:

Kukoon has big plans, and our customers are at the heart of them. You’ll nurture and grow our social community, developing content themes that inspire, inform, and connect, and building meaningful relationships through influencer and gifted partnerships.


Tracking the wins:

You’ll measure what matters: from reach and engagement to conversions and ROI, and turn insights into action. You’ll report regularly, share what’s working, and tweak what’s not, collaborating with our paid, creative, and email teams to amplify results.


What you'll bring to the table:


Must-Haves

* 5+ years’ experience in Social Media Marketing, ideally in a fast-paced direct-to-customer or eCommerce environment.
* Strong understanding of social platform trends, creator economics, and performance tracking.
* Commercial mindset with a relentless focus on ROI and traffic-driving social campaigns.
* Experience leading a team of dedicated content creators.
* Ability to work autonomously and own a function end-to-end.


Nice-to-Haves

* Experience running TikTok creator campaigns or seeding programs.
* Familiarity with GA4, Shopify, and attribution tools.
