First Call Talent Solutions are currently looking to recruit a number of Category Procurement Managers for our clients nationally recognised brand. Working within their head office function, this is an exciting time to be joining their organisation.
This role is being recruited for in, East Midlands.
Immediate interviews are available.
Candidate duties will include:
* Working with stakeholders (internal, procurement and supplier), to develop strategy and tactics for initiatives, providing thought leadership and identifying, creating and implementing initiatives to maximize value and ensuring ongoing development
* Excellent management of existing supplier contracts and relationships
* Leading the development, implementation and ongoing management of category strategies
* Providing commercial leadership to stakeholders including senior executives
* Taking a role in the continuous evolution of the Boots procurement team
Candidate experience will include:
* Ability to collaborate effectively in a Procurement role within a complex environment
* Confidence to offer credible commercial guidance in often complex scenarios and business activities
* Ideally you are commercially astute with strong communication and negotiation skills and adept at applying a variety of commercial approaches to deliver real value to all areas of the business
Hours or work are Monday to Friday, times and locations and hybrid working to be discussed.
Starting salary depending on experience and current package + Excellent Company Benefits.
