Applicants will need to be able to prioritise their workload effectively in order to ensure works are completed to agreed deadlines and to a high standard. You will be covering sites across: Basildon, Southend-on-Sea, Maldon, Chelmsford, Billericay, Wickford, Grays, Tilbury, Romford, Rainham, Barking, Ilford, Epping, Enfield, Harlow, Potters Bar, Erith, Dartford, Gravesend, Sidcup, Bromley, Orpington, Snodland, Sevenoaks, Caterham, Croydon, Mitcham, Epsom Sutton, Twickenham, Hounslow, Southall, Redhill, Oxted, Crawley. Experience / Qualifications: - Must be qualified with the BOHS P402, P403 & P404, or RSPH equivalents - Will have strong experience undertaking the full range of analytical and surveying duties - Ideally will have worked within a UKAS accredited company - Excellent technical knowledge, including the UKAS, HSG 248 and HSG 264 - Good literacy and numeracy skills - IT literate The Role: - Undertaking management, refurbishment, demolition asbestos surveys - Conducting 4 Stage Clearances - Carrying out leak, background, personal, re-occupation air testing - Writing comprehensive survey and analytical reports - Wearing correct PPE on sites - Adhering to compliance guidelines and ensuring removals projects are run safely - Meeting with clients on site to discuss findings Alternative job titles: Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst, Asbestos Surveyor, Asbestos Analyst, Asbestos Site Analyst, Environmental Consultant.
