We're looking to appoint an Insolvency Solicitor to join a busy team, working within a well-established law firm known for its collaborative culture and high-quality client work. This is an opportunity to build upon your experience across a varied mix of contentious and non-contentious insolvency matters, in a role that offers genuine exposure and responsibility.
The work itself is varied, fast-moving and intellectually engaging. You'll be involved in both contentious and advisory matters, from supporting business restructurings and guiding clients through formal insolvency processes, to assisting on insolvency-related disputes and preparing key legal documentation. Alongside this, you'll carry out research, progress matters efficiently and ensure clients receive clear updates throughout.
No two days will look the same. You'll work closely with senior lawyers and colleagues across the wider firm, while also interacting regularly with insolvency practitioners, creditors, directors and other key stakeholders. This is a role that naturally builds both technical depth and commercial understanding, with plenty of variety and pace built in.
We're looking for a solicitor with at least 4 years' PQE who has a genuine interest in insolvency and restructuring work. You'll need to be resilient under pressure and confident juggling multiple deadlines. A sharp analytical ability and a team-focused attitude will be essential, along with a willingness to get involved in business development.
