Successfully managing the impact of complex change on our people, organisations and processes will be critical to success. Reporting to the Senior Change Lead, as our new Change Specialist you are accountable for supporting the creation, and successful delivery of a change strategy that helps to achieve competitive advantage for our divisions. This role requires a creative, adaptive thinker with the ability to exert influence without authority. You will work collaboratively and proactively across the entire business with stakeholders at every level of the organisation. Who are we? Your new role will involve: Supporting the creation and delivery of a strategy to continue to build the change' capability in the Flutter Technology function. Supporting the delivery of complex change programmes. Providing support to technology teams across the Group to ensure a best fit approach to change leadership for all programmes/projects that contribute to our global strategic technology initiatives. Supporting the implementation of robust, scalable tools to manage and communicate and measure the impact of change; that can also be used by teams across the Group. Using digital communications tools to engage stakeholders and track impact. Analysing and using data related to change, providing periodic reports, recommendations and action plans to technology leaders. Fostering an organisational culture that embraces and thrives on change. Serving as a role model in the promotion of the Group's position on responsible gambling. Expertise we'd love to see : An understanding of change methodologies, i.e., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter, McKinsey 7-S Experience of successfully delivering key change activities, including change impact assessments, stakeholder mapping and analysis, change measurement Experience of internal and external stakeholder management, supported by excellent verbal and written communication skills with a style that can flex according to the audience and medium. Experience of building excellent working relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of the group and make decisions that are well-informed and timely. A creative thinker, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, who is able to demonstrate initiative, look at alternatives and consider new ways of thinking to solve problems. Proficient MS Office skills.
