HR Assistant – Redundancy & TUPE (Fixed Term)
Location: Maidstone (with travel across the Southeast)
Contract: Full-time, 3 months (initial), starting early October – potential extension
Company vehicle provided for travel
DNA Recruitment are working with a respected client in the healthcare sector to appoint an HR Assistant on a fixed-term basis. This role will play a key part in delivering a redundancy and TUPE project across their business, supporting both employees and managers through a sensitive period of change.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver redundancy and TUPE processes in line with legal and policy requirements
Lead employee communications, documentation, and consultation activities with professionalism and empathy
Support line managers with the practical aspects of implementation
Maintain accurate HR records and ensure administration is completed efficiently
Act as a trusted point of contact for employees, offering guidance and reassurance
Assist the wider HR function with day-to-day activities where needed
About You
Proven experience handling redundancy and TUPE processes is essential
Ideally CIPD Level 3 qualified (or working towards)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in managing sensitive conversations
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Flexible and able to travel across sites in the South East (full UK driving licence required)
