Job Description:
New: Senior Medical Writer (Remote UK/Europe) - Growing HEOR & Market Access Consulting firm
An exciting opportunity to join a growing consulting firm with excellent staff retention rates in the healthcare/pharma space. Be part of a fun, people-focused culture where everyone supports each other, balancing work and personal life.
This role can be fully remote within European countries, as well as the US and Canada (with minimal travel or team meetups per year).
The role suits an experienced medical writer who enjoys hands-on writing and working in a collaborative, close-knit team. You will have support from an established leadership team for growth and development, with no pressure to engage in sales or business development. The position offers good visibility in a small, privately owned company, and the opportunity to work on global projects.
The company’s work is primarily repeat business and organic growth, with ongoing projects lined up for the foreseeable future. This is a great chance to join a smaller firm (under 100 employees) with a non-corporate culture that values SMEs and allows experts to progress both responsibility-wise and financially while remaining hands-on and science-focused.
Ideal profile:
* 3-12 years of experience in a relevant consultancy or agency environment
* MSc or PhD in a relevant field
* Technical expertise in writing technical reports from health economic models, ITCs, and/or NMAs
* Experience in developing Global Value Dossiers, US dossiers, objection handlers, posters, and manuscripts
* Experience in Evidence Synthesis and related writing is desirable
* Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with colleagues across the UK, EU, and US
